Parents under the Forum for Delivery of Justice have raised alarm over the hijack of recruitment of primary school teachers by members of the Katsina state house of assembly.

The interim chairman of the forum, Alhaji Sani Bawa Dutsin-ma raise the alarm in a press conference today in Katsina.

He noted that as parents of the recruited teachers whose names were replaced by members of the assembly they decided to come together to fight this injustice.

They added that upon enquires at the state primary board they were told that it was members of the assembly that tempered with the list.

“We begin to wonder when did the assembly members become part of the executive” he added.

They added that upon enquires with some assembly members ” they arrogantly told us that henceforth all offers will come through them”.

Bawa reminded the lawmakers that no matter how long it takes they will one day be at disadvantage position.
