Young painter gets Masari’s scholarship award

A 15 year old upcoming painter, Miss Amina Lawal Abdullahi has been awarded scholarship by Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina state.

The governor awarded the scholarship today while inspecting exhibition on talent hunt by Katsina Public Exhibition and Gallery.

Masari pledged to sponsor the education of the young talent who is an SS2 students for her WAEC, NECO, JAMB and tertiary education.

He stressed that talents like the small girl needs to be encourage to achieve their dream and contribute their quota to the development of the society.

” Talents like this promote creativity and self reliance in the society. They need to be encouraged to achieve their full potential” he added.

Masari hailed the organizers for their efforts in discovering future talents that will develop the state and the country at large

In his remark, the chairman of Katsina Talent Hunt, Architect Faisal Rafindadi has thanked the governor for his support for future generation.

He noted that his team is working hard to ensure that youth with exceptional talent is Katsina state are supported to excel globally.
